Anxiety and Depression are two of the most common mental health concerns. They are often experienced as a combination of emotional and functional challenges such as excessive tiredness, irritability, lack of motivation, and unexplainable nervousness.
If you are feeling exhausted, isolated, and struggling with setting boundaries, therapy for depression and anxiety can help.

We all pursue therapy for different reasons, and the amount of time we dedicate to therapy varies from person to person.
Short-term therapy at All Out ranges from 6 - 20 sessions, at least twice per month.
Long-term therapy requires a 6 month minimum commitment.
All sessions are 55 min in length.

For many BIPOC LGBTQ+ adults, we have been socially, forcibly, and systemically disconnected from immutable parts of ourselves. Identity formation therapy can help.
This is an opportunity to talk about and learn helpful skills on how to heal those wounds of separation while also developing a stronger sense of self and understanding of who you are.
People who benefit from Identity Formation Therapy:
Adults with mixed racial/ethnic upbringings
Adults navigating interracial/interethnic relationships and friendships
Adults exploring their sexual orientation
BDSM and Kink curious adults
Adults exploring gender presentation and expression
Adults pursuing social and medical gender transitions

Burnout is a state of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion that happens when we experience chronic stress.
Burnout can impact all areas of your life, from relationships to your daily routine. It can leave us feeling unmotivated and uninspired by things that used to matter to you. You may also feel disengaged from your career, relationships, or goals.
If you resonate with these symptoms, therapy for burnout recovery may be for you.

Whether you are first, second, or third generation, coming from a family of immigrants can be both something of immense pride and stress. Many of us as adult children and grandchildren of immigrants feel the constant push and pull of family expectations, mainstream society, and cultural traditions while also trying to craft a life that honors our own identity and dreams. It seems impossible, but here’s a secret—
You don’t have to choose between your family’s expectations and your own happiness. Let’s work together to help you find clarity and confidence in embracing your heritage and individuality.

Many therapists do not have experience with practicing sex work or sex work specific issues, which may result in conflating sex work with sex trafficking, using inappropriate language to describe sex work, or assuming sex work is pathological. I am a former sex worker, and have provided trauma-informed therapy to current and former sex workers.
Sex Worker-Affirmative therapy may be helpful for you if you are a current or former sex worker navigating boundary setting in relationships, navigating sex and sexuality, and coping with shame and stigma.

So what happens in therapy?
Our first few sessions are for me to get to know you. This involves you sharing about your current life, your needs, and what’s been missing.
That is all.
This is a space where you can unapologetically be yourself and share all that you’ve been wanting to let out. From here, we collaborate on what is important to you and how to move forward.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and relational, which means that I am focused on empowering and supporting you. It also means that I love to hear you talk about you. Core to my therapeutic practice is mutual respect, trust, and communication.
